Want to earn what you’re worth, get that corner office or be granted extra time off? It’s going to take some top-notch negotiation skills. The 2018 JWLF forum will provide tactics and for women to master with the art of negotiation.
Experts will showcase key strategies to use to understanding gender differences in negotiating, how to best prepare for any type of negotiation and how to create an environment where everyone feels like a winner.
Expert speakers and panelists will share their insight and strategies that attendees can use in their careers to improve their negotiation skills. During this interactive forum, women will learn to negotiate by using best practice techniques, and will develop a negotiation approach that best fits their personality and career. Speakers will showcase how attendees can use their strengths and gain confidence in approaching and mastering tough negotiations.
These acquired skills will help women negotiate professionally, confidently and increase their incomes and improve their associations with management, colleagues, clients and investors.

JWLF 2017 Educational Series
Charting Your Path – Inspiring the Next Generation of Leaders.
This event will feature a panel discussion by three inspiring women recognized for their leadership skills and community involvement by Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2017 “40 Under 40.” They will share stories on charting their career paths on November 7, 2017, beginning at 4:30 PM at The Candy Apple Café (Sweet Pete’s Building) Spice Room, 3rd Floor, 400 N. Hogan St, Jacksonville FL 32202.
