Our Purpose

The purpose of the Jacksonville Women's Leadership Forum is to:

Enhance Leadership Skills
We serve to enhance the leadership skills of future female executives in an exclusive peer to peer setting.

Broaden Professional Network
We strive to broaden the individual's professional network and visibility in the local Jacksonville business community.

Career Development
We help provide additional opportunities for career development through mentorship and sponsorship.

Educational Advancement
We identify educational and social opportunities to help with an individual's advancement through continuing education.

"At the end of the day, we are stronger and more united together when women play a leadership role in our city and our country." - Jacksonville Mayor, Alvin Brown

The Forum was organized by a group of executives from Jacksonville's largest corporations that recognized the need for strategic collaborative programming to help support and advance the next generation of female leaders within our organizations and business communities.
